Art Director

AdSTARS, a fast-growing digital marketing and technology company, is seeking a visionary Art Director to lead our creative direction across campaigns, branding, and digital experiences. In this role, you will oversee the visual identity of projects, ensuring design excellence and consistency across all platforms. You will collaborate closely with designers, marketers, developers, and clients to transform ideas into compelling visuals that inspire, engage, and deliver results.

Creative & Technical Skills

• Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in an agency or digital marketing environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, advertising campaigns, digital design, and multimedia projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media content design, and web/mobile UX principles.
• Experience in leading photoshoots, video productions, or motion graphics projects is a plus.

Leadership & Professional Skills

• 5+ years of experience in design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or art direction role.
• Ability to lead and inspire a creative team while managing multiple projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for pitching ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into creative solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for innovation.
