Motion Designer

AdSTARS, a fast-growing digital marketing and technology company, is seeking a talented Motion Designer to bring ideas to life through engaging animations and dynamic visuals. In this role, you will be responsible for creating motion graphics, animated ads, explainer videos, and visual effects that elevate campaigns and digital experiences. Working closely with designers, copywriters, and marketers, you’ll transform concepts into compelling motion content that captures attention and drives results.

Creative & Technical Skills

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer or Animator in an agency, studio, or digital marketing environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and video content.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar tools are a plus).
• Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of video editing, sound design basics, and exporting for multiple platforms.
• Experience in creating content optimized for social media, websites, and digital advertising.
• Familiarity with UI/UX motion and micro-animations is a plus.

Professional Skills

• 2–4 years of professional experience in motion design or animation.
• Ability to translate briefs and scripts into engaging motion pieces.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving.
• Excellent time management, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
