These terms cover your use of adstars.agency. They are not the terms of any engagement with us — client work is governed by the proposal and contract signed for it, and where the two differ, that contract wins.
Using this site
You may read, print and share anything published here for your own reference. You may not scrape it at scale, republish it as your own, or use it to train a model without our written permission.
Please do not attempt to break the site, submit anything malicious through its forms, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.
Our content
The text, design, code, brand marks and imagery on this site belong to AdSTARS or to the clients whose work is shown, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Client names and logos appear with permission and remain the property of those clients.
Whether every client shown has given written permission for their name, work and logo to appear. This is a contractual question per engagement, not a drafting one.
Accuracy
We write what is published here carefully, but it is general information rather than advice, and it may go out of date. Nothing on this site is an offer, a guarantee of a result, or a substitute for professional advice on your own situation.
Case studies describe work done for a specific client in specific conditions. They are not a prediction of what the same approach would do for you.
What you send us
If you send us an enquiry, an application or any other material, you confirm it is yours to send and that it is accurate. We treat what you send as confidential where it is clearly confidential, but please do not send us anything sensitive through a web form.
Unsolicited ideas, concepts or proposals are not treated as confidential and create no obligation on us — if you want to share something in confidence, agree that with us first.
Links to other sites
Where we link to someone else's site, we do not control it and are not responsible for what is on it. A link is not an endorsement.
Liability
The liability and governing-law clauses are the two that most need a lawyer, and the two most often copied from another site — which is how businesses end up submitting to the wrong jurisdiction. They need drafting against the confirmed legal entity, including which of Cyprus or England & Wales governs and where disputes are heard.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
