Designer
AdSTARS, a fast-growing digital marketing and technology company, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our team. In this role, you will design visual assets across digital and print platforms, working on branding, advertising campaigns, websites, and social media. You’ll collaborate with developers, copywriters, and marketers to create engaging designs that align with brand strategies and captivate audiences.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Graphic/Digital Designer in an agency, studio, or in-house team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, social media content, and web/mobile design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and designing for responsive digital platforms.
- 2–4 years of professional design experience.
- Ability to balance creativity with client requirements and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to present and explain design concepts.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and iteration.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.
