Webflow Developer
AdSTARS, a fast-growing digital marketing and technology company, is seeking a talented Webflow Developer to join our innovative team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining visually striking and user-friendly websites using Webflow. This role requires both technical expertise and creative flair, working closely with our designers, marketers, and developers to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions that align with our clients’ goals.
What we're looking for
- Strong proficiency in Webflow (designing, developing, and maintaining websites).
- Experience with CMS collections, animations, interactions, and responsive design in Webflow.
- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for custom coding within Webflow projects.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
- Ability to integrate third-party tools, APIs, and no-code/low-code solutions.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and accessibility standards.
- At least 2–3 years of proven experience as a Webflow Developer or Front-End Developer.
- A strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and design consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
Nice to have
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English (Greek is a plus).
